  Ans. Authors can submit their manuscript between 20 th of every two months. If accepted, then the paper will be published between 27 th of every two months. (6 issues per year)

  Ans. IJARIDEA normally completes review process within 1 week.

• 6. Where can I find Manuscript Preparation Guidelines ?â–²
  Ans. Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the Manuscript Submission System or by sending an email to ijaridea@gmail.com or editor.ijaridea@gmail.com . Regardless of the source of the word- processing tool, only Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) files can be submitted through the MSS. There is no page limit. Either online submissions or email submissions are accepted to facilitate rapid publication and minimize administrative costs. Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted. The submitting author takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If for some technical reason submission through the MSS is not possible, the author can contact ijaridea@gmail.com or editor.ijaridea@gmail.com for support.   Ans. If your paper is selected, download the Journal Template, Copyright form and Registration form from the home page and send it to ijaridea@gmail.com OR editor.ijaridea@gmail.com. Alternatively, you will also receive Paper Template, Copyright form and Registration form in the acknowledgement mail if your paper gets selected.
• 8. How do I deposit publication Fee? â–²
  Ans. If your paper is accepted for publication, you will get account details with the acceptance letter of your paper in which you can deposit fee simply by going your nearby bank branch or by online transfer.

  Ans. Subscriptions to IJARIDEA journal are sold on a bi-monthly calendar-year basis (February, April, June, August, October, December) and must be prepaid in Indian/US funds. Individual members may purchase one subscription at the discounted rate for personal use only.   Ans. Subscription cancellations are accepted for refund until March 1st of the subscription year. A written request is required which must be received prior to March 1 st .Requests can be made by contacting the IJARIDEA by mail to: editor.ijaridea@gmail.com.
• 15. How much time should I allow before placing a claim for missing issues of a journal? â–²
  Ans. Claims may be made up to three (3) months from the subscription mailing date for delivery inside India and up to nine (9) months from the mailing date for standard international delivery.   Ans. Yes, IJARIDEA offers Open Choice (open access articles published in subscription-based journals) and fully open access journals.

• 20. Does IJARIDEA provide English language support?â–²
  Ans. Manuscripts that are accepted for publication will be checked by our copy editors for spelling and formal style. This may not be sufficient if English is not your native language and substantial editing would be required. In that case, you may want to have your manuscript edited by a native speaker prior to submission. A clear and concise language will help editors and reviewers concentrate on the scientific content of your paper and thus smooth the peer review process.
• 21. What happens after my article has been accepted?â–²
  Ans. While the manuscript files are handed over to production for data processing and typesetting, you (being the corresponding author) will stay in touch with us through the publication of research paper. There you will be asked whether you wish to:

  • Order printing of figures in color.
  • Order paid offprints in addition to your free (electronic) offprint.

  Ans. Authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of their article to the publisher (or grant the publisher exclusive publication and dissemination rights). This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. Open access articles (Open Choice articles or fully open access journals) do not require you to transfer the copyright; the copyright remains with the authors. By opting for Open Choice, you agree to publish your article under the Creative Commons Attribution License.   Ans. Authors will be periodically informed from time to time about assignment of Manuscript ID, forwarding research paper to Reviewers, its Detailed Review Status and Details of Registration at the time of Journal Publication.
• 24. How do I know that my journal manuscript has been published?â–²
  Ans. Authors will receive acknowledgement mail after successful registration about the date of publication. Authors will also receive published link after a journal manuscript has been published online in the website.
• 25. How can I order offprints?â–²
  Ans. At IJARIDEA, you will receive a free electronic offprint (PDF- format) for your article for your personal use. For extra copies of offprints, authors can pay 500 INR/ 10 USD for each copy and can mention the same by sending the details to ijaridea@gmail.com or editor.ijaridea@gmail.com during registration. In case of annual subscription for Department Library/Institution Library/Personal use of normal issues/special issues, you can visit Subscription Information for detailed subscription option. • 26. Can I share my electronic offprint with others?â–²
  Ans. Authors have the right to disseminate their article's eOffprint (as a printout or by email) to their co-authors and research colleagues (for personal use by such colleagues). It is not allowed to distribute the eOffprint via a webpage. The eOffprint is for personal use only and shall not be self-archived in electronic repositories. If you wish to self-archive your article, please use the accepted manuscript version for posting on your own website. You may further deposit the accepted manuscript version in any repository, provided it is only made publicly available 12 months after official publication or later and provided acknowledgement is given to the original source of publication and a link is inserted to the published article on IJARIDEA's website. The link must be accompanied by the following text: "The final publication is available at link www.ijaridea.com”.

  Ans. To avoid any form of plagiarism, each manuscript newly submitted to the IJARIDEA will be checked regarding plagiarism using IJARIDEA XPLAG-SCAN which gives XPLAG-SCAN- REPORT. The decision on whether a manuscript should be rejected because of fraud or should proceed to the peer-review process rests with the handling editor. The similarity reports are also made available to referees.
• 36. Does this Journal have Waiver Policy for Low Income countries ?â–²
  Ans. Upon application, corresponding authors from Low Income Countries may be granted up to 75% waiver. See World Bank list of Low Income Countries. Upon application, corresponding authors from Lower Middle Income Countries may be granted up to 40% waiver. See World Bank list of Low Middle Income Countries. Corresponding authors requesting for these waivers must strongly demonstrate why their waiver applications should be granted.  Authors who are eligible for waivers should apply immediately after the submission of their manuscripts.
